Online or in-person, this option is designed for a traditional therapeutic hour of individual or couples therapy. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Individual or Couples Therapy, Extended Session
Online or in-person, this option is an excellent choice if you are interested in digging a little deeper without having to wait until the next week to unpack more. Past clients have reported that this option has been particularly helpful in couples therapy sessions or EMDR processing sessions. To book a double session, please select one of the “Extended Session" options through the secure scheduler.

Speaking Engagements or Psychoeducation Opportunities
In need of a speaker for a conference, church group, training, or business meeting? I would love the opportunity to provide psychoeducation and/or trainings on important topics such as—but not limited to—anger management, trauma, parenting, women’s issues, etc.

Insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. While this means I cannot provide in-network insurance benefits, you may be able to be reimbursed for out-of-network benefits by your insurance company if you submit a receipt called a “superbill.” Upon request, I will provide monthly superbills to whomever would like to utilize out-of-network benefits. This option does require a diagnosis, which we can discuss this together in session.
