It takes an immense amount of courage to be willing to jump into vulnerability, explore deeper self-awareness, and unpack some of the hurt you’ve been carrying. After almost a decade in the field, I’m grateful to have witnessed countless clients claiming freedom and healing they never imagined was possible.
Rooted
Part of what makes the redwood tree so resilient is that its roots are intertwined with those of other redwoods nearby. This is what allows these mighty trees to grow so tall despite life’s inevitable storms. I think people work much the same way. While pain can be found in relationships, healing comes in relationships as well. When we are rooted and intertwined with healthy community, we can withstand even the most difficult storms.
One of my priorities in the therapy process is creating a solid therapeutic relationship so you feel seen and supported. In life’s ups and downs, I hope I can be one of the roots intertwined in your story—helping you stand tall through both storm and calm.
